Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Soak the sabja seeds in enough water for about 30 minutes until they swell up.
Boil the falooda sev as per the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
In a serving glass or bowl, add a layer of soaked sabja seeds. Add a layer of cooked falooda sev. Drizzle some rose syrup over the layers. Place a piece of kulfi on top. Optionally, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a spoonful of rabri. Garnish with chopped pistachios and cashews
