Total Time: Approximately 50-55 minutes

Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the paneer cubes until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add cumin seeds, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Sauté until fragrant. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add the green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and fennel powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.

Add the beaten yogurt and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and mix gently. Add fresh cream and garam masala. Stir well and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
